A young local artist who rose from humble beginnings to become a celebrated figure at a remarkably young age, leaving many in the community astounded by his rapid success.

Tlharihani Sambo, born in Mpumalanga, goes by the stage name Venom Kieed. Presently, he's furthering his career at university.

Venom Kieed made waves in 2022 with the release of 'Stark Love,' a track that quickly gained popularity after being featured on local radio stations. This achievement not only elevated his profile but also earned him a devoted following, making him the first in his community to experience such early success with radio airplay.

“Okay, Now let me tell you a little story about how I went from being the underdog to the top dog in the rap game. Back in the days, when I first started rapping, some but most people never thought I had what it takes to make it big. They said my lyrics were weak  and my stage presence was non-existent. But I did not let those haters bring me down. And then one day, unexpectedly, I got a call from the local Radio Station. They wanted to play my latest track on their FM Channel. I could not believe It. This was my big break, my chance to prove all the doubters wrong. So, I Poured My Heart and Soul into The Lyrics. And when the track finally hit the airwaves, it was like magic. Now, I am not Saying It was easy. I had to work harder than ever before, push myself to the limit but I in the end, it was worth It. Now when I step out onto that stage, I know that I have earned my place in the spotlight. So, here's A message to all the dreamers and believers out there: Do not let the haters get you down. Keep chasing your dreams, keep pushing yourself to be the best you can be, and never, ever give up. If I can make it from the bottom to the top, then so can you.”

His family and friends were happy to hear his song being played on the radio. Lewis Sambo said, “As his father I feel so proud of him as he did manage to reach his will regardless of the judgments, he gets from people but still that didn’t make him give up since he seemed to like what he was doing.”
